At present company covers the area of159840m2, among which construction area is 80800 m2. About 1000 employees include more than 160 officers on engineering technology and QC and 25 employees holding title of semi-senior and senior of professional post. There are above 100 production machines of various steel pipes. Workshops of hot-rolling pipe and solid-drawn pipe boast several machines such as two 90 punch machines, one 90 stretch machine, two 50 punch machines, two reinforced punch machines, 30 drawbenchs weighing from 15tons to 150tons, two LG60 finishing mills, one 20-114 polishing machine, four no-hydrocooling consecutive heat-treatment furnaces, two spheroidal furnaces, 11 large/medium/small flattening machines. Range of seamless pipe is 8-159 and the length of pipe is no longer than 25m. in 2001 our production volume is 31500tons whose growth rate is 32% compared to last year and which is 40% of summed productions in last nine years. Production volume in 2002 reaches 47100tons. Compared to volume in 2001 it once again increased by 49.5%. Owing to adjustment of product mix and focus on development of high technology and high value-added products the volume in 2003 reaches up to 50000tons. It is estimated that the production volume in 2004 will reach 80000tons/year. Furthermore sale will be as much as RMB500million yuan. Company aims at the production volume in 2005 of above 100000tons/year thus enters into the top in cold-drawn pipe industry.
