TAIYUAN IRON & STEEL CORPORATION

Shanxi Taigang Stainless Steel Co.Ltd. (Abbreviated as Taigang Stainless) is an enterprise of joint system on the basis of several stainless steel production plants under Taiyuan Iron And Steel (group) Co.Ltd (TISCO). In June of 1998, it was founded after assets restructured and the system reformed. Taigang Stainless consists of the Steel making plant, the Hot Rolling mill, the Cold Rolling mill and the Metal Products Branch Co. with total 4355 employees after running under lease of TISCO hot strip mill in September of 2001. At present, Taigang stainless is the biggest stainless steel production base in China and one of international important stainless steel producers.
