Firstly started at 1981, Launching its spiral welded steel pipe production in 1983, the Company integrated with the Ceceli Group in 1990. Developing still its product ranges neat to the ever-increasing customer demands, Emek Boru is commited to leveraging the quality of its production up to the highest attainable grade, through a variety of investments it makes on production technologies and its human resources. Currently, Emek Boru maintains its spiral welded steel pipe production cycles running through 4 seperate production lines equipped with the latest state-of-the -art technologies installed and commissioned in its modern manufacturing plants On an area of 70 000 square meters of open land with a 20 000 square meters confined space located in the first Organized Industrial Zone of Ankara. With an annual capacity of 200 000 tones, these facilities take on manufacturing of products in full comformity with both local ans international standards. Choice of high quality materials in production in line with its carefully set policies for sustainable quality helped Emek Boru possess and maintain API5L and TS EN 10217-1 Production Certificates in addition to ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 System Certifications Annual Production : 200 000 Tons Pipe Lenght : Standard 6 m - 16 m (Special Production up to 24 m ) Outer Diameter : 219,1 - 3048,0 mm Wall Thickness : 4-25 mm Raw Material : Hot rolled steel coil Welding Process : Externall and Internal Submerged Arc Welding (SAW) Material Quality : API 5L - 2004 (Edition 43) GrB - X70 DIN EN 10025-94; S235 JR - S 355 J2G.3 They also made exports of these products.
