AYTEK was established in 1996 in Bursa, as a joint venture company with Federn-Brand KG. which is the Europe leader in spring manufacturing field since 1922 in Germany. İn 2002 Aytek had bought all the shares of Federn Brand and quit the partner ship. Hence forth Aytek is 100% Turkish capital. With its German originated technology of cold coiled technique, AYTEK meets the requirements of high quality springs for automotive, white goods, electric, electromechanics, defense and machinery industry. AYTEK has always given its first priority to "Customer Satisfaction" that has obtained the Quality Management System Certificates of ISO9002:1994 in the year 1997, and ISO9001:2000 in year 2003. Currently, AYTEK is continuing its studies towards getting the Quality Certificate of ISO/TS 16949, which accepted as the highest level quality certificate for automotive sector.
